Starting new design and construction projects in the city of Miami can be daunting, but at Renova we make it easy. We bridge the gaps between Owner-Architect-Engineer-Contractor and simplify the design-build process to an enjoyable experience, which is what it should be. The Start of Renova

Our story began March 2021 with the upcoming graduation of then Engineering Student at the University of Miami, now founder and C.E.O. Richard Quezada. As his institutional studies were coming to an end, Richard, with the support of his soon to be wife Chantal and his father Victor drafted up the basic idea for Renova Consulting Group. A consulting firm aimed at helping grow the family real estate and construction business. Coming from the Latin word “renovation” meaning renewal, Renova aims to renew the design industry by bringing together all disciplines to create a streamlined design process. With the professional guidance of family friend Homero Cruz, our professional partner with years of experience in the field, and the financial support from Richard’s father Victor, Renova was able to officially open its doors in May 2021.

Our Response to Local Needs

During the planning stage of Renova, Richard and his Father spotted a need in the community of the City of Miami. Property owners were being cited for work being done without finalized permits and their structures being deemed unsafe for things as minor as cracked windowpanes. The sheer number of property owners being forced to find architects and engineers to draft up full sets of plans was unheard of in preceding years, and to everyone’s surprise no established design firms were willing to take on this kind of work. Seeing this need in the community, Renova began a targeted ad campaign directed to these property owners and had an overwhelming positive response. Many property owners saw Renova as the light at the end of the tunnel, providing an affordable solution to their problems.

Richard Quezada

CEO & Project Manager

As an Architectural Engineer, graduated from the University of Miami, and as a licensed General Contractor, Richard draws from his years of experience in the construction, design and property management industry, to fulfill his role as CEO and Project Manager for Renova.

Chantal Quezada

Vice President

With a Masters in History from FIU, and currently a JD candidate at STU Law, Chantal uses her extensive experience in property management and customer service, to serve as the Vice President of Renova, ensuring the highest standard of quality and service is upheld in everyday interactions.

Miguel Jimenez

Jr. Project Manager

As an Electrical Engineer from Rafael Urdaneta University, Miguel serves as a Consultant and Assistant Project Manager for Renova. He is dedicated to use his passion for Engineering to tackle complex projects to bring about sustainable solutions to current problems.

Javier Luque

Design Consultant

An Architecture graduate of FAU, Javier is a detail oriented designer constantly seeking opportunities to refine his skills by keeping up with latest trends in design. As Renova's Design Consultant, Javier delivers innovative solutions that aim to exceed client expectations.

Marlon Suarez

Drafter

A computer engineer from Dr. Antonio Nunez University, Marlon uses his passion with computers to transform architectural concepts into captivating visual representations. He uses his proficiency in digital sketching techniques to bring designs to life, helping turn our clients' visions into reality.

Orlando Santos

Structural Consultant

As a Civil Engineer with a master's degree and PhD in technical Sciences from the Technological University of Havana, Orlando serves as the Structural consultant for Renova. With his experience and skill in modern computer tools, he delivers innovative solutions to design problems of today.

Yuneidy Junco

Bookkeeper

As an Accountant graduated from the University of Pinar del Rio, Yuneidy serves as Renova's In-House Bookkeeper. With her experience in accounting and skills in modern computer tools, she manages multiple tasks efficiently, and maintains clear and organized financial records for the company.
